Wear as a Wrap

To wear the wrap as a head wrap, the thing to remember is that the more fluffiness you want along the neckline, the less in half you fold in the step 1 triangle

  1. Fold into a triangle.
  2. Hold the wrap by the two corners along the folded side. These will function as ties.
  3. With point of triangle toward the back; drape the wrap on your head with the fold across your forehead.
  4. Extend the ties out to the side of your head so the folded side becomes taut across your forehead. Do think, “I want the wrap to go straight across my forehead“.
  5. Pull the ties straight back and double tie on top of the wrap to secure the wrap around your head. Adjust the knot location for comfort and low enough that the wrap feels secured around your head.
  6. Give the sides a bit of a tug down and out to smooth the crown and get a fluffy look along the nap of the neck.

Wear as a Scarf

  1. Fold into a triangle.
  2. Hold the wrap by the two corners along the folded side. These will function as ties.
  3. With point of triangle toward the back; drape the wrap on your head with the fold across your forehead.
  4. Extend the ties out to the side of your head so the folded side becomes taut across your forehead or along the hairline.
  5. Pull the ties straight back and double tie under the wrap to secure the wrap around your head.

Wear as “Rosie the Riveter” Turban

  1. Fold into a triangle.
  2. Hold the wrap by the two corners along the folded side. These will function as ties.
  3. With the point of the triangle toward your nose; drape the wrap on your head and let the folded side fall onto the back of your head along the hairline.
  4. Extend the ties out to the side of your head so the folded side becomes taut across the back of your head. Strive to place it along the hairline. Do think, “I want the wrap to cover the back of my hair
  5. Pull the ties straight up and forward to the top of your head and tie on top of the wrap to secure the wrap around your head. Secure the point of the triangle by folding it over the knot and then complete the double knot of the ties.
  6. Adjust the knot location for preference. Leave the ties out or tuck them in for a flower look.
  7. For a more curved looking crown; tuck in any excess side into the pocket that is formed along the side of the wrap.

Wear as a Band

Make into a band and tie on.

  1. Fold into a triangle.
  2. Hold the wrap by the two corners along the folded side. These will function as ties.
  3. Start at the remaining corner and fold about 3″. Fold again to establish the depth of the band. Continue folding until a band is created. To get a narrow headband look, strive to keep the fold depth shallow or approx. 1″. To get a wide sweatband look, strive to achieve a fold with more depth or approx. 2″.

Tie in the back for a sweatband look. Tie on top for a headband look and leave the ties loose or tuck in for a flower look. Tie along the neckline to get a bit of fluff along the neckline.
