At Rawls-Riley Creations, we want you to love your headwear. If you don’t, we’ll work with you to make it right. Below is our policy for returns, refunds, and custom orders.
30-Day Like Your Headwear Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your headwear and it remains unworn, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn and returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds: Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the item is returned, we’ll process the refund back to the credit card used for purchase or via check for cash payments.
- Exchanges: Once the item is returned, we’ll ship the replacement.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Return Policy
If you received a Rawls-Riley Creations headwear item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, we’re happy to help!
- Process: Please contact us with details, such as the approximate purchase date and the name and contact information of the gift giver.
- Eligibility: Gift items are eligible for return or exchange if unworn. While we encourage requests within 30 days of receiving the gift, we’ll do our best to accommodate you even if the timeline isn’t exact.
- Refunds: Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser. If preferred, we can offer an exchange or store credit for the gift recipient equal to the value of the item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Wholesale Purchases
If you purchased through a retailer offering Rawls-Riley Creations products, please work directly with the retailer for returns or exchanges.
Custom Order Policy
We value your unique headwear requests and will work to create a product tailored to you. If a custom order needs to be cancelled, here’s what you need to know:
Custom Order Cancellations
- Custom orders may be cancelled within 3 days of the order date.
- To cancel, email info@rawls-rileycreations.com with the subject line: “CANCEL CUSTOM ORDER.”
Refunds for Custom Orders
- Refunds cover the cost of the work only.
- Deductions:
- The cost of special materials purchased for the order (and their shipping) will not be refunded.
- A $4 fee will be deducted to ship the material to you.
- If work on the item has started and materials are partially used, this will reduce the material amount sent to you.
Completed Custom Orders
Custom orders that are fully completed or shipped are not refundable.
Shipping Policy

- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any exchanges or refunds.
- Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please reach out to us if you do not receive your tracking information within that timeframe.
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination and the selected shipping method. We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.
