Skull Caps

Skull caps are stays put caps with a padded, comfort band that wicks moisture away and absorbs sweaty drips. Available in three popular sizes. The cap has a smooth, round crown with elastic enforced staying power making these skull caps practical.

This cap is used in many ways. As a scrub cap it provides comfort under intense lights. Bakers regularly work in hot environments, so the moisture management from the skull cap band is appreciated. The same is true for factory workers in non-air conditioned settings. When going through cancer treatments, some like the cap to aid in minimizing those darn drips of sweat from getting into their eyes while exercising.

Motorcycling Cap

Mom was so pleased to be out motorcycling with her daughter for their initial long ride! The fun-filled day included a stop in Cassoday at our tent. She had come with a friend and her daughter. The daughter was drawn to the skull cap display where a brightly colored skull cap had caught her eye and she found it was a good fit. Before they started the trip; they had convinced Mom to get a headband, but she quickly spied there was a headband in the same material.They could not resist having the friend snap a quick picture. That was all it took! They were pleased to pose for one more mother daughter picture with their new head-wear.

Bicycle Caps for a Tangle-free Ride

She stopped by to check out the skull caps three times at the Food Truck Festival in Topeka. As a bicyclist with very long hair, she was contemplating the appropriate size that would work to tuck her hair in and avoid tangles. When she finally did give it a try, the medium size worked, but going with the large made it easier to manage. Who would have guessed that the cap could hold all of her long hair so well? Motorcycle riders take advantage of wearing this cap to protect their long hair, too. 

Not Sunburned

She came to SantaCaliGon days with lots of kids. One of the little boys, with light blond hair, was drawn to the skull caps and he had to try on the blue one. It looked great! She was happy to get it for him and explained, “His mom will be so pleased when I bring him home today. His head won’t be sunburned. Whenever she takes him out and they go to places like the swimming pool he always gets so sunburned.

It was the skull caps that caught his eye at the Arizona Bike Week show. He definitely was interested in the looks of the black one in swim knit. We talked about the band’s wicking that would pull the moisture away and absorbent terry to help keep the sweat from dripping in his eyes plus the elastic to help keep the cap in place when he rode. It was really the feel of the skull cap that worked for him. Glad to get the picture of this motorcycle guy with his skull cap.

The order came in from this web site for one of the black skull caps in swim knit and it was quickly dropped in the mail to make its journey to the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Happy to make delivery in time for the busy Christmas season, but it was the wonderful cap report that the Associate Pastor provided that made this so special.

She was another vendor at the Lawrence Holiday Extravaganza and kept eyeing the brightness of the orange skull cap in the distance. When she finally got a break, she made her way over to the rack. She explained that her husband worked construction and really appreciated a second layer under his hard hat during the colder months. The orange skull cap looked bold enough to her that she had to check them out. Happily she found one in his size and was pleased with her bold choice that would increase his being seen by others while on the job.

I Can Never Get It Tied Tight Enough

After getting three skull caps at the Bikes, Blues & BBQ Rally, the next year Bill got his new skull cap to match his green motorcycle. He said, “It really stays on my head. I can’t tell you how many do rags I have lost to the wind. I can never get them tied tight enough to keep them on.”

He selected the money on black skull cap for his fourth one. How perfect, bills for Bill.
