I’m Becky Rawls-Riley — the designer, maker, and founder behind Rawls-Riley Creations.
My journey into headwear began with a simple moment: helping someone find a hat that truly fit. I didn’t know it then, but that moment changed the course of my life. It set me on the path I’ve followed ever since.

I’ve done many things in my working life, but nothing has stayed with me the way headwear has. Over the years, this work became more than a skill or a craft — it became my calling. The place where I feel most like myself.

For more than a decade, I’ve been designing and creating hats, caps, do rags, hair bags, headbands, and small-batch custom pieces with one goal in mind: real fit for real people.

My headwear is designed to work in daily life — to stay put, breathe, protect, and keep you comfortable whether you’re running a trail, gardening, welding, riding, traveling, or simply enjoying time outside.

Everything I make begins with listening.
To the runner who needs a do rag that won’t shift.
To the welder who needs comfort under a helmet.
To the person with long hair who wants protection without cutting it off.
To the customer who has “never found a hat that fits.”

Those conversations shape every design, every size, and every improvement.

While I remain hands-on in the creative and finishing process, I also partner with skilled sewists and subcontractors to help meet demand — especially during busy show seasons and larger projects. This small-batch approach keeps the craftsmanship strong while allowing the business to grow responsibly.

Many of my best designs began as conversations — someone needing a better fit, a different material, a unique look, or headwear that supported their work, their hobbies, or their hair.
