Kick Off the 2026 Riding Season at the Santa Fe Trail Vintage Motorcycle Show

The start of a new riding season always feels significant, and for us, it begins in Lawrence, Kansas, at the Santa Fe Trail Vintage Motorcycle Show.

On Sunday, February 1, 2026, the Santa Fe Trail Chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America hosts another long-standing celebration of vintage motorcycles, riders, and the people who keep their stories and machines alive. This year’s show features motorcycles from the 1940s, an era defined by ingenuity, craftsmanship, and design that still inspires riders today.

This event has become one of our favorite ways to start each year. It’s where riders begin thinking ahead to the season ahead — planning rides, reconnecting with the community, and enjoying a shared passion for the machines that made us all want to ride in the first place. We’re honored to be part of it once again.

Headwear has always been our way of showing support for riders. In fact, it was do rags — simple, functional, made-for-riding pieces — that first led me into making headwear. Over time, the line has expanded as I learned from riders what they truly need and wear. That purpose remains at the heart of what we do: headwear that supports riders on and off the bike.

At our booth, we’ll have a wide selection of headwear for the riding season, including
hair bag do rags for long hair,
do rags,
headbands, and
welding caps,
along with other rider-friendly styles designed for comfort, function, and real use on and off the bike.

We’ll also have a new offering at the show — laser-cut ceramic trivets made in small batches by my husband. While they’re not motorcycle gear, they reflect the same appreciation for craftsmanship and thoughtful design that we bring to everything we make. This show will be their first live outing as we begin exploring how they fit into our broader creative work.

Many of the photos shared here were taken at past Santa Fe Trail shows. They reflect what we value most: real people, real bikes, and headwear made to be worn out in the world.
