Instead of designing a completely new cap from scratch, we started with one of our existing military patrol cap designs. This streamlined the process, allowing us to make a few simple yet effective modifications that perfectly met the customer’s needs. The addition of ear flaps made the cap ready for colder rides, ensuring both warmth and a comfortable fit, without losing the cap’s rugged, military-inspired look.
We also made sure the materials were just right for the job, balancing durability with a style that the customer would love. The result?
