The current design maxed out at 24 inches (60.96cm)—too tight for Larry’s needs. A comfortable fit was a must, so I knew he’d need a larger size. “Could you sew the buckled slider so it won’t move at all?”
This was a first! I always design my caps with an adjustable slider to ensure a precise fit, but Larry knew exactly what he wanted.
“I won’t be adjusting it. I just want it to fit as is.”
Since he was certain, I agreed to tack the buckle in place for him. His response?
“I can’t thank you enough for going out of your way for me.”
