Celebrate Independence Day with us at the Spirit of Kansas Blues Festival on July 4th! Located at beautiful Lake Shawnee in Topeka, KS, this festival is the perfect way to enjoy live blues music, delicious food, and of course, fantastic headwear from Rawls-Riley Creations.
We’ll be featuring our highly popular do rags, available in four sizes to ensure a perfect fit for everyone. This year, we’re excited about the return of US Military branches prints. These limited-edition designs are not only stylish but also support a great cause—part of the proceeds will be donated to military families through the USO.
