Join us at the 49th Annual Hillsboro Arts & Crafts Fair in downtown Hillsboro KS. A destination for food, arts & crafts & friends.

Rawls-Riley Creations headwear will be in the 100 block of East Grand on the north side of the tent row in the middle of the street. The library is located in this block.
